Celebrity Corner: The Thor Workout



Many of you know the new Thor movie is being released in about a week. I personally am looking forward more to the Green Lantern but watching the trailer for Thor, it has me pretty excited.

Chris Hemsworth packed on twenty pounds of muscle within three months which is actually pretty impressive. Apparently he gained to much muscle mass that he could not even fit into his Thor costume!
He used compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press in order to slim down to the ideal weight and muscle mass.
